Greetings, parents and students – we have started rolling out conversations with students about the upcoming Spring Choir Trip, scheduled for April 24-26.
On Wednesday evening, January 28th at 6pm, we will hold a Trip Information meeting, during which we will provide opportunities for questions, discussion, and information to follow as we roll out the registration process.

- Registration deadline: January 30, 2026 – Registration will begin at the conclusion of the Trip Information Meeting on January 28th.
Trip Cost and Payment Schedule
Notes – the WHS Choir Booster Club is working to make a donation that will potentially offset a portion of the trip cost. Their determination of amount will be announced at the Trip Information Meeting, pending review of the responses from the Letters of Intent that were published in each student’s Schoology class starting Friday, 1/23, at 4pm. The Letter of Intent is not a formal registration, but enables financial discussion by the Boosters.

- $646 – Chaperone Double Package
All payments must be completed by March 10th.
After registration is confirmed, students will be provided a link to make payments into their specific account using CC info. This link can be shared to trusted friends and family, which serves as an avenue for others to help fund your student’s trip.
