The Westwood Band, Choir, and Orchestra Departments will embark on a combined trip to the Orlando area in January of 2019.

There are two student packages, which were separated for Charms (student information management tool/financial tracking program) purposes. Each link contains registration information for each scenario.
Follow the instructions carefully.

Chaperones
There are two options for parents and families that wish to accompany the groups on the trip. Parents can sign up as a Chaperone (ideally 10 to 1 student/chaperone ratio) or as part of the “Friends and Family” package (no chaperone responsibilities) – see the listings below.
Friends and Family
Following are the Friends and Family With Air/Ground Only Packages for interested parents. All F&F packages will be registered under the band account. The instructions are on the forms. Just a reminder that there will be no deviations from the package.
