8:00 am – Load bus and depart for Grand Circle Island Tour with driver tour guide (5 buses)

The Family & Friends not flying with the group stay on the bus to return to hotel
3:45 pm – Family & Friends arrive at the Aston hotel
Those continuing with Westwood:
- Tickets will be distributed by Perform America.
- All travelers should work through security, then rally together at the posted gate (check flight status at link or check airport monitors)
- Once we identify terminal/gate, we can all make our way in small groups for dinner before the flight leaves.
- Please be at gate 15 minutes before posted boarding time.
6:10 pm – American Airlines flight 8 departs Honolulu for DFW
